Quickie!

Hey y'all! I will honestly say I am about to do a project "dump!"  I've been in the thick of this thing called life....same story, different day..I KNOW!  ...However, it's so very true!  At any rate..here are some recent projects that I've completed lately! 

This is a mixed media tag I completed using ColorBox Mix'd Media Inx and Fairy Dust for Donna Salazar.  Head on over to the Clearsnap Blog for a chance to win a one of a kind Donna Salazar original canvas!

This page was created on the basis of an accident....in a nutshell, ink seeped through stitch holes onto the paper beneath....I thought the pattern was pretty cool and built up from there!

This card was created using a very fun Viva Las Vegas stamp and Stephanie Barnard Premium Dye Ink by ColorBox.  This was probably one of the quickest cards I've ever made!

This layout was also completed using Viva Las Vegas stamps.  The entire page was stamped with one set from VLVS and Stephanie Barnard and Clearsnap Premium Dye Inks!  (Check out that "Southern Flair"  the black dot is a bug, yep do not attempt to remove this from your screen! I had to shoot this pic outside, and that little bugger decided to chill out on my page...and yes, my mind is just that bad that I forgot to photoshop him out of the pic!)

 The patterns are really fun in this set ...no patterned papers here, all stamping!

Here's the collection  I got to play with, "Making the Team"

                                                     

Here's what I chose to do with these surprisingly versatile papers!

OK, so yes, these papers would've been perfect for my five year old son that plays t-ball, but I wanted to shake it up a bit and make the papers work for a girl as well!

Here are a few close-ups:

The rosette was created using side B of the "Stripes" printed paper.  I used Clearsnap's Glue Gloss and Fairy Dust Glitter for Donna Salazar to add bling- you know, for the girl factor ;).  In addition, I used French Blue and Charcoal Fluid Chalk-Cat's Eye inks to edge the rosette for added dimension.  I finished it off by applying Clearsnap's Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz (yummy stuff!)

The shipping tag behind the picture was colored with Navy Twinkle Smooch Spritz and water.  The pennant flag and alphabet stickers are just a few of the many cardstock stickers that came with this collection. 

The flag banner was created with another piece of coordinating cardstock and a piece of canvas drop cloth.  I highlighted some of the polka dots on the printed paper with Clearsnap's "Illuminate" Smooch ink.

The layout was finished by spritzing Vanilla Smooch Spritz to add a beautiful shimmer all over!
